Cut down on-site and hauled away completely. Flat project pricing, same-day available Mon–Fri.
No obligation, same-day response
SAME-DAY AVAILABLE
The hot tub that came with the house. The one on the deck you haven't touched in years. The unit a previous owner installed that you've been meaning to deal with ever since.
We cut it down on-site and haul every piece away. One crew, one flat price, completely cleared.
Hot tub removal jobs come from across the Portland metro. Cedar Hills and Beaverton decks where the tub was installed in the late 90s and hasn't moved since. Lake Oswego and West Linn properties pulling the unit for a deck renovation. Oregon City backyards where a good idea turned into an expensive problem. Whatever the situation, we've handled it.
Fully drain before we arrive. Have a licensed electrician disconnect and cap the wiring.
We look at the tub and the access. Martin gives you a firm project price before we touch anything.
We cut the tub into sections on-site, remove every piece, and leave the space clear.
Hot tubs are sectioned with a reciprocating saw. No cranes, no equipment you need to arrange.
Every piece of shell, foam, and plumbing leaves with us. One price covers the whole job.
Fully insured for the work we do. Proof of insurance available on request.
Monday through Friday. Most hot tub removals wrap up in a single half-day visit.
Yes. The hot tub should be fully drained before our crew arrives. A full hot tub can weigh over 3,000 pounds. Draining it first is required for safe removal. If you need help figuring out how to drain your specific model, call us at (503) 964-4886 and Martin will walk you through it.
We assess site access on arrival. Most hot tubs on decks are removed by cutting them into sections with a reciprocating saw and carrying pieces out one at a time. Tight gate access, low fences, or difficult angles add time but are standard situations we handle regularly. We come prepared for all of it.
Yes. The electrical connection to the hot tub should be disconnected and capped by a licensed electrician before we get there. We do not handle live electrical work. If your tub is still connected, let us know when you call and we can plan the timing around your electrician's availability.
Flat project price quoted on-site after we assess the tub and the access. The quote covers labor to cut, remove, and haul. No separate disposal fee added after the fact. Martin gives you the number before anyone picks up a tool, and you decide from there. No obligation if it doesn't work for you.
Same-day is available Monday through Friday when the schedule has an opening. Hot tub jobs typically take 2 to 4 hours depending on size and access. Call (503) 964-4886 in the morning and Martin will tell you honestly if same-day is open and give you a time window.
Hot tubs are made of fiberglass shell, foam insulation, and PVC plumbing, most of which goes to a licensed disposal facility. Metal components like the frame, pump housing, and fittings are separated and recycled where accepted. We don't treat it all as one undivided load of garbage when it doesn't have to be.
TESTIMONIALS
"Martin is very professional, super responsive, and efficient. I looked into many local companies and Martin's customer service was well above the rest. He showed up on time, gave me a firm price before touching anything, and had the whole load cleared faster than I expected. This is who you call."
"Used Martin's to haul out a fridge, dishwasher, and old washer. He handled everything carefully, was upfront about the price before starting, and even mentioned which items could potentially be recycled. Genuinely one of the easiest service calls I have made. Would absolutely hire again."
"Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Martin went above and beyond to work around my schedule. The garage was stacked floor to ceiling and it was completely cleared in under an hour. The price he quoted on-site was the price I paid. No games."
"We had a full estate cleanout after my mother passed and Martin handled it with a lot of care and respect. He was patient, communicated clearly, and did not rush us. Everything was handled in one visit. It was a hard day and he made it much easier."
"Had a shed and a hot tub that needed to come out. Martin's crew showed up on time and had both demolished and hauled off in about three hours. Fair price, no surprise charges, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will be calling them again for the deck next spring."
"I have used other junk haulers in Portland and Martin's is the only one that felt like dealing with an actual local business owner. He answered the phone himself, showed up when he said he would, and took the time to sort items before loading. A genuinely good experience from start to finish."
