Post-renovation waste, drywall, lumber, and mixed construction materials. Cleared fast. Same-day available.
No obligation, same-day response
SAME-DAY AVAILABLE
The renovation is done. Now there's a pile of drywall, lumber, and mixed debris where a clean space is supposed to be.
We haul post-renovation waste, construction cleanup leftovers, and demolition debris. Fast, upfront pricing, same day when available.
Renovation debris calls come in from across the Portland metro. Beaverton and Hillsboro homeowners finishing basement or kitchen remodels. Contractors in Happy Valley and Clackamas who need a fast mid-project haul between phases. Older St. Johns and Division area houses where a gut-renovation leaves a serious pile. We show up and clear it.
Type of materials and location. We'll confirm same-day or next-day availability.
Firm price before we start. Per-job, no hidden charges.
All loading and removal is on us. Site left clear.
Post-project, mid-project, or recurring cleanup. We work around your build timeline.
Metals and recyclable materials are diverted from landfill wherever we can.
Mon–Fri 9am–6pm. Fast turnaround for time-sensitive renovation timelines.
We sort after pickup, pulling out clean lumber and metals for recycling where accepted rather than mixing everything into general debris. It takes more effort on our end, but it is how Martin's has operated since 2018 and it keeps more material out of the landfill.
Drywall, lumber, wood scraps, framing material, and flooring of most types including carpet, tile, and hardwood. Also insulation, plumbing and electrical components that are non-hazardous, concrete rubble, and general mixed renovation debris. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, call and describe it. We'll tell you straight whether we can take it.
Yes. We work with contractors for post-project cleanup and for ongoing debris removal during active renovation projects. If you need regular pickups throughout a job, call (503) 964-4886 and we'll talk through what a recurring arrangement looks like. Scheduling is straightforward and we work around your build timeline, not the other way around.
We take moderate amounts of concrete rubble, brick, and similar heavy masonry. Very large volumes from full foundation or structural work may require equipment we don't run, so call first and describe the scope. For most standard renovation tear-outs, a few hundred pounds of concrete isn't a problem. We'll be straight with you on the call.
Often, yes. We run Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and same-day slots open up more often than not when someone calls in the morning. Contractors with active job sites and homeowners finishing a weekend project call the same number: (503) 964-4886. We'll tell you what's available that day and confirm a time before we hang up.
Per job: we assess on-site and give a firm price before we lift anything. Heavy materials like concrete are factored separately from lighter mixed debris because they load differently. No hidden dump fees added after the fact. If the number doesn't work for you, there's no obligation to proceed.
Where accepted, yes. Metals and clean lumber are two of the more consistent diversion categories, and we pull them out rather than mixing them into general debris. Other materials are recycled or diverted from landfill where we can. We route responsibly because it's the right way to operate, not because it's required. It's been part of how Martin's runs since 2018.
TESTIMONIALS
"Martin is very professional, super responsive, and efficient. I looked into many local companies and Martin's customer service was well above the rest. He showed up on time, gave me a firm price before touching anything, and had the whole load cleared faster than I expected. This is who you call."
"Used Martin's to haul out a fridge, dishwasher, and old washer. He handled everything carefully, was upfront about the price before starting, and even mentioned which items could potentially be recycled. Genuinely one of the easiest service calls I have made. Would absolutely hire again."
"Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Martin went above and beyond to work around my schedule. The garage was stacked floor to ceiling and it was completely cleared in under an hour. The price he quoted on-site was the price I paid. No games."
"We had a full estate cleanout after my mother passed and Martin handled it with a lot of care and respect. He was patient, communicated clearly, and did not rush us. Everything was handled in one visit. It was a hard day and he made it much easier."
"Had a shed and a hot tub that needed to come out. Martin's crew showed up on time and had both demolished and hauled off in about three hours. Fair price, no surprise charges, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will be calling them again for the deck next spring."
"I have used other junk haulers in Portland and Martin's is the only one that felt like dealing with an actual local business owner. He answered the phone himself, showed up when he said he would, and took the time to sort items before loading. A genuinely good experience from start to finish."
